Richmond RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman, 41-year old Carly Rae Talbot. Carly was last seen at the 12000 block of Horseshoe Way on March 16, 2024, at around 12 p.m.
Carly is described as a 41-year old Caucasian female, 5’4, slim build, with should length blond hair, and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater and black pants. Police and family are concerned for her safety.
